Booking methods

City tax
According to the City Council resolution n°25 of 30/03/2012, since June 1st 2012, the town of Montespertoli has introduced the tourism tax, applicable to non-residents staying overnight, for a maximun of 6 consecutive nights.
The tourism rate is € 1,50 per person/night.
Children up to 14 years old will not pay the tax.
The tax is payable upon departure at the Hotel (our rates do not include tourist tax).

DEPOSIT:

We will ask you for a deposit of 25% at the time of booking which may be paid by direct debit or by giving us the details of your credit card.
We accept Visa, Maestro and Mastercard.

CANCELLATION

From 80 days 50 days before check-in 25%

From 50 days to 15 days before check-in 50%,

From 15 days before check-in 100%,

no - show: 100 % not refondable

Reservations are confirmed only with 25% reception  by Aconto. Payable with C / C or bank transfer

In the event of a rebooking, the stay must be within 6 months. Otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.

Late arrivals or in case of early departures: payment of 100 % of the agreed total price

No Smoking Hotel
Villa La Cappella is a no smoking hotel. For smokers we have arranged a very nice outdoor Veranda.

CANCELLATIONS:Cancellations must be notified in writing, by e-mail or fax.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

We are happy to have your room ready from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival, on your day of departure we would ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
